We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new and improved online payment platform to enhance your payment experience.
Scheduled Downtime:
On February 13, 2025, our current online payment service will be temporarily unavailable as we complete the transition. During this time, you will not be able to process electronic payments through the existing system.
New Payment Platform Launch:
Beginning February 14, 2025, all electronic payments will be processed exclusively through our new platform at:

Due to the current health emergency caused by the COVIT-19 virus, the Trustee’s Office will not be open to the public until further notice. Our operations will continue with some limitations and key staff will be working remotely. Any legal matter about your case please contact your legal representative. We will not be receiving phone calls until the office reopens, any question that is not legal please send email at cservice@ch13-pr.com.
The closing will not affect the Epay and TFS electronic payment system, and you can continue making payments. If you confront any error on the payments website when issuing the trying to make an electronic payment, send email to cservice@ch13-pr.com.
